Dugan specializes in Retail Advisory in the Greater Indianapolis area, providing the full spectrum of services — Tenant rep assignments, Landlord rep, Retail & land sales. Dugan began his career at Colliers as a research analyst dedicated to the retail sector and then transitioned to brokerage. He then came over to Equivis after 4 years of experience. His retail-focused background has provided invaluable insight on the overall retail environment. Dugan has an exceptionally deep knowledge of retail in the Indiana market – encompassing both lease and sale transactions, familiarity with all key retail development, connections to the primary players, and a broad knowledge of activity and consumer trends.

He has worked with national brands including Inspire Brands as well as Smoothie King and Wingstop. He has completed numerous market rollouts for Tenants entering the market.

Dugan is a graduate of Indiana University with a major in Business Management and minor in Entrepreneurship. He is actively involved with the Indy REAL (Real Estate Ascending Leaders) organization and currently serves as the Vice President. He enjoys many outdoor activities including golfing, mountain biking and fishing. He also enjoys playing basketball and is an avid Indiana Hoosiers sports fan.
