Katie brings 13 years of experience in Retail Leasing and Development to the Equivis team. Her creative leasing solutions, financial acumen, and extensive market knowledge help her deliver winning results for her clients. Katie launched her career with Simon Property Group, one of the largest REITs in the world. Throughout her time at Simon, Katie oversaw leasing and development for 10 regional malls and lifestyle centers in eight major metro markets across the US, stretching from California to New York. Most recently, she worked on Hamilton Town Center and Castleton Square Mall in the Indianapolis market, where she played an integral role in strategic remerchandising and revenue growth efforts.

Katie specializes in box redevelopment and repurposing, strategic third party leasing, and driving ROI for her Landlord clients. For her Tenant clients, Katie utilizes her market knowledge and landlord experience to help emerging brands grow their retail footprint and aid in lease negotiations. She is passionate about rethinking and improving the retail landscape, and driving new and unique uses to markets with an underlying goal of improving communities. Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from IU Kelley School of Business.
