Robyn founded Equivis having spent 13 years in the industry learning all the ins and outs of retail real estate. Her brokerage practice includes not only tenant representation for national, franchise and local businesses, but also listing services for property owners and REITs. She has secured a wide range of brokerage deals, including a consultancy with DXL Men’s Apparel, where she handled site selection and store strategies in a 19-state territory; a 10-year relationship with Bianco Properties, for whom she handles the leasing of their four Indianapolis MSA retail properties; and a variety of tenant representation opportunities with clients such as Dunkin’, Condado Tacos, and GetGo.

Prior to starting Equivis, Robyn worked for CBRE’s Indianapolis office, as well as ECHO Retail, a boutique brokerage firm. She earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and political science from the University of Memphis, where she also played Division I soccer. She is a licensed realtor in the state of Indiana and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
